Francis Gosselin is a strategist, economist, and Chief Strategy Officer at Fragata | Gosselin. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a Master of Science in International Affairs, and is a Certified Corporate Director (ASC). Francis advises senior leaders on strategic decision-making at the crossroads of economics, innovation, and large-scale industrial transformation. An in-demand speaker and analyst, he has led strategy, research, and executive training initiatives across Europe, Asia, and North America. He has published numerous studies on regional and media economics, digital transformation, economic inequality, and social mobility. Francis is a frequent speaker on productivity, investment, competitiveness, and the future of Quebec’s key industries, including aluminum. He delivers daily economic and business strategy commentary on LCN and QUB, and writes a weekly column for the Journal de Montréal and the Journal de Québec.
